A) Arrangements and place of delivery
The products will be sent to the shipping address that the customer has indicated in the course of the ordering process.
All our deliveries are notified to the customer via email.
Kibys.eu makes shipments in all EU countries. No shipments are made to the Balearics, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
In order to optimize the delivery, we thank the customer to indicate an address in which the order can be delivered within normal working hours.
B) Delivery time
The delivery period has been set at a maximum of 20 calendar days from the confirmation of the order, unless more precise delivery times are foreseen at the time of presentation of the shipments, information available in the tab "Shipment" Of the product of the web page Kibys.eu. The delivery time is justified since these products are fabricated in Colombia.
In the case of expiration of these terms, the client may require Kibys.eu to proceed, within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances, to the delivery of the order. In case Kibys.eu does not proceed to delivery within this period, the customer may cancel his order according to the conditions established in article 9 of these General Conditions of Sale.
If this delay is caused by a major force, while the order is in the logistics phase, Kibys.eu will inform the customer of this circumstance and that, therefore, the costs that derive from your request for cancellation will be borne by you.
The delivery times are average times corresponding to the preparation and shipping periods, calculated according to the estimated date of receipt of the merchandise in our warehouses. These deadlines also vary according to destination and campaign.
Once exercised the right to cancel the order as stated above, Kibys.eu will make a request for a refund within 10 business days.
In case of partial delivery, this right will only affect the balance of the order that has remained pending shipment, being possible that the delivery of the same order is made in several times.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which the transport company places the order at the customer's disposal, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.
C) Precautions to take into account at the time of delivery
It is up to the recipient to check the shipments upon arrival, to express the observations and to present all the claims that he deems justified, he may even reject the package, if the package is likely to have been opened or if it shows clear signs of deterioration. Said comments or claims must be sent to the transport company by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 business days of delivery of the products, with a copy sent immediately to Kibys.eu.
If the delivered products do not conform in nature or quality with respect to those indicated in the delivery email of the order, the customer can proceed to the return of the products. The cost of return in case of error in the order will be in charge of Kibys.eu.
In case of delay, breakage or receipt of an incomplete order, the customer can contact Customer Service through the "Help and Contact" section available on the Kibys.eu website.
D) Track shipments
